For those who may not have access to weights or equipment, here are a couple of creative ways to get a great workout in by simply using bodyweight or things found around the house. Even though we may be restricted to where we can go and who we can be close to, that does not mean our workout routines have to suffer as well. Do not be afraid to modify these workouts to make them simpler or more difficult based on your personal needs. For example, if spelling out your first and last name is too difficult, then try beginning with spelling just your first name, or just your last name. Then as your body adapts, feel free to begin spelling your entire name, first, middle, and last.
